  • I work with couples dealing with high conflict and infidelity, families navigating complex dynamics, and adults navigating relationship distress, grief and loss, betrayal, and major life transitions. My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and through an existential lens.

  • Yes. Therapy is confidential, and what you share stays completely private, with a few important legal and ethical exceptions. These include situations where there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult, or if records are required by a court order.

I’ll review confidentiality and its limits with you in detail during our first session, and I’m always happy to answer questions along the way.

  • I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, family systems work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and existentialist/meaning-making theories.

  • Yes, I offer EMDR for clients who may benefit from trauma-focused processing work. We’ll talk together about whether it’s the right fit for your goals and pacing.

  • My office is in Los Angeles, CA. Specifically in Pasadena, near Old Town, with easy parking nearby. I’ll share the exact address when we schedule your first in-person session

  • Yes, I offer virtual sessions for clients anywhere in California. We will meet online through a secure, private video platform.

  • Therapy timelines vary, but most people start noticing meaningful shifts within a few months when they come weekly and stay engaged in the work. The length of therapy depends on your goals, the pace you’re comfortable with, and what feels supportive for your life.

  • Sessions are $175 per 50 minutes.

I don’t accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill for reimbursement.

  • I am a private pay therapist. I don’t accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Couples therapy focuses on helping you understand the patterns that leave you feeling disconnected, stuck, or misunderstood. Together, we’ll slow things down, map the cycle you’re caught in, and create space for clearer communication, emotional safety, and a deeper bond.

At times, I will meet with individuals separately, but most of the time we will have sessions all together.

  • Adult family therapy helps you understand long-standing dynamics and the unmet needs driving conflict or distance. We’ll help each person slow down, speak from a grounded place, and make sense of family patterns,  so the family can move toward more trust, clarity, and connection.

  • I believe deeply that therapist fit matters. The best way to gauge that is through a free 20-minute consultation where we can talk about what you’re looking for and how I work. If at any point in our journey it doesn’t feel right, I’ll help you find referrals that better support your needs.

  • I require weekly sessions to start because it creates the consistency needed for trust, safety, and real progress. We can revisit the schedule once a strong foundation is in place.

  • Sessions last 50 minutes.

  • I require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session. Sessions changed with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full fee. Each client receives one late-cancel “freebie” per year.
