Move through loss with
Grief Therapy
Grief is deeply human, and deeply individual.
If you’re carrying grief that feels heavy or confusing, you’re not alone. Loss can shape your body, your relationships, and the way you move through the world. Therapy can help you make sense of it all.
Whether you’re grieving a person, a relationship, a life transition, or something harder to put words to—our work gives you space to move through these deeply painful experiences.
FAQs
What is grief therapy like?
1
We slow down what you’re experiencing so you can understand the emotions, memories, and physical responses that come with loss. There’s no timeline or “right way” to grieve— but it is important that you have a space to feel it all. Together, we explore what the loss means to you and support you in moving through it at your own pace. Grief doesn’t go away… we just learn to carry it with more ease.
What kind of grief do you work with in grief therapy?
2
I work with people navigating death loss, anticipatory grief, breakup or divorce grief, identity shifts, family estrangement, traumatic loss, and grief tied to major life transitions. All forms of grief are welcome here.
Is grief therapy right for me?
3
If your grief feels overwhelming, stuck, or hard to talk about with people in your life, therapy can help you feel less alone in it. You don’t need to explain your loss perfectly or have clarity before you come in. We’ll figure it out together.
What therapy approach/modality do you use?
4
My grief therapy framework blends trauma-informed care, attachment work, EMDR (when helpful), and a grounded, relational style. We focus on your story, your meaning, and the emotional rhythms of your grief—without rushing or minimizing your experience.
