Therapy for couples, adult families, and individuals in Pasadena
Are you and your partner having the same fight on repeat, struggling to communicate, in the midst of betrayal, or deciding whether to stay together?
Is your adult family trying to reconnect and understand one another better?
Are you feeling anxious, stuck, or grieving a loss?
Therapy can help.
At its core, therapy is about feeling better—in your relationships, mind, body, and soul. In sessions, we’ll get clear about what’s happening— then work on making changes that fit your values and feel most authentic to you.

Hi there, I’m Bry. I’m so glad you’re here.
In my therapy practice, most of my clients fit in these categories: couples and adult families trying to repair their relationship, and individuals navigating grief, loss, betrayal, anxiety, or major transitions.
My aim is that you feel supported, understood, and less alone in what you’re carrying. Nothing is too big to bring to therapy.
My style is warm, present, and direct. Our work together will be grounded in attachment & existential theories, trauma-informed, and supported by advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDRIA-approved training in EMDR.
If you’d like to get a sense of whether we’re a fit (very important for good therapy!), let’s connect for a free 20-minute conversation.
